Leadership Training

Our Leadership Programmes are tailored, depending on the organisational needs and values, and the needs of the individuals.

Leadership Programmes can be created for all levels of leaders: senior leaders; new managers; leaders with no direct reports.  The content is suitable to stretch the level of any leader.

We have over 30 modules to choose from, to create a Leadership Programme to meet your needs.

A 5-day Leadership Programme for a senior leader cohort could look like…

Programmes can be delivered as 5-days, 3-days, half-day modules, in person, online – whatever meets your needs. They can be delivered over weeks, or months.

If budget and timescales allow we also provide 360 degree feedback, to facilitate individual learning and self-awareness. This goes hand in hand with the content. 

We also recommend peer-to-peer coaching as part of the programme, to facilitate reflection, practice and confidence building.

All of our delivery is accompanied with self-reflection (and journal), and delivered by experienced trainers who prompt attendees to be open and grow.

Management Training
