Advise Package
This package will support you with the initial interview stages of your recruitment campaigns. Our Advise Package includes all elements of our Attract Package with the addition of managing your first stage phone interviews, providing tips and guidance on how to get the most from your second stage interviews and we’ll also provide candidate interview feedback. When you’ve chosen your candidate, we’ll also manage the verbal and written job offer for you too!

Partner Package
Our most comprehensive recruitment package, Partner includes all elements of our Attract & Advise Packages PLUS support for your in-person interviews. We will fully manage the entire recruitment process and will be on hand to provide admin and support at each and every step.

Professional Search Service
This fixed fee service is for those organisations who are already ProAction HR clients needing a senior hire and need a focussed effort to find the right candidates, which can be a confidential process if required. It includes all elements of our Partner package and involves you throughout the process.
We offer this exclusively to our clients as an added value service. We know you so who better to find that senior hire than your HR partner?
Our Professional Search utilises our connections in the Talent Acquisition Industry with experience at Senior Director level, enabling us to work collaboratively with our clients in determining the job profile and key success criteria and then managing a the project tailored to your timelines and needs. Typically, our Professional Search is a 3 month process to reach offer.
Key facts on our Professional Search service:
As a headhunt service – it requires exclusivity, and any applicants should be sent to us to manage.
It includes a full search, involvement with you at long list & presenting a shortlist of 3 viable candidates.
We work closely with you to find the right level of candidates for a senior position.
The fee is a fixed fee of £5,000 plus a further 10% of base salary on successful start.
