    An accredited mediator, coach and counsellor, Andy has a passion for helping people achieve more, both in their professional and personal lives. Specialities include: Individual & Team Leadership & Management Development, 1-2-1 Executive Coaching, Group Coaching, Employee Engagement, Health & Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity, Inclusivity and Learning strategy creation & implementation.

  • Julie Leach

    Previously responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of personal, management & leadership development workshops, Julie also delivered a service & cultural values programme to 500 employees and delivered a Senior Management Development Programme. Her passion is designing & delivering development programmes to raise confidence & equip individuals with the skills they need to be successful in their roles.

  • Richard Pheasant

    With over 30 years’ experience in education & training., Richard has a strong focus on developing & expanding managers’ leadership competencies through knowledge, understanding & practice. He has trained & coached several thousand managers to improve and develop their leadership, management knowledge & skills. Specialities: Developing Leadership & Management Skills, Strategic Thinking & Planning, Managing Change, Planning & Organising plus Train the Trainer.
