The principle of ACT

When we first sought to launch ProAction HR in late 2018 we spent time considering what made change projects successful and why clients liked our practical and pragmatic approach to the management of change so much.

A simple acronym ACT was soon realised that had worked for many years prior and appears to resonate across all our efforts since.

The methodology doesn’t always need to complete – sometime we take on projects to ASSESS the present state an HR Health Check for example, sometimes we are needed more for the TRANSACT – for example some of our smaller SME clients just need a job being done well. We provide quality and experienced professionals for everything we do, but we Love it when we can use the full methodology
